Liba Bröd follows international standards for food hygiene as well as Swedish rules and legal requirements related to food safety. In February 2017, our flatbread production was certified according to ISO22000: 2005. The certification takes place during accreditation. ISO 22000 harmonizes food safety management systems, based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) principles.
Certification according to ISO22000 shows that our food production utilizes a proactive strategy in food safety. To ensure the high quality of our products, our food protocols are routinely reviewed by our internal Food Safety Team.
